Any proposal offers a plan to fill a simple requirement based on the statement of work.

To do this you must know your market. Then match the requirements to the market.

Basics of a proposal is Introduction or Executive Summary, Technical, Price,
and Past Performance.

The Introduction or Executive Summary states what you will do to solve the clients problem.

The Technical part of the proposal explains the complete details
of the how you will go about providing a resolution. It answers who,
what, when, where, and why.

The Price gives your cost do the work.

The Past Performance provides your credibility and experience. It answers the question about your trustworthiness.

Are You Serious About Changing Your Life Starting Today?

I know you’re thinking… Critical thinking is not a natural byproduct of taking college courses, even courses whose subject matter necessitate critical thinking for success, and is an essential ingredient to be successful in life. It is generally assessing the credibility of evidence, meaning that you do things like decide which side of an argument is more believable (e.g. It is the art of taking charge of your own mind.)

Now, let this all sink in for a moment… Critical thinking problem solving is a complex activity and we should not expect that one method of instruction will prove sufficient for developing each of its component parts, and is reasonable, reflective thinking that is focused on what to think or do. It is sometimes called directed thinking because it focuses on a desired outcome. Critical thinking is defined in the learning outcomes handout distributed to faculty members at Northwestern Michigan College as “The ability for the student to use independent thinking and incorporate concepts learned to problem solve a realistic situation.”.

Critical thinking is the intellectually disciplined process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing, and/or evaluating information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action, and is also critical inquiry, so such critical thinkers investigate problems, ask questions, pose new answers that challenge the status quo, discover new information that can be used for good or ill, question authorities and traditional beliefs, challenge received dogmas and doctrines, and often end up possessing power in society greater than their numbers.

It is a challenge to me because I always expect to have a definite answer. It is important because it underlies basic elements of communications and plays an important part in society because schools, courts, businesses and governments are a result of critical thinking, and demands the individual to think for them self, to understand the processes of how something came about, to apply learned knowledge and concepts to his/her very own personal way of perceiving things, to problem solve, and to supports one’s argument with logical supportive evidence.

By knowing this awesome information and ordering the Integrated Critical Active Thinking Seminar at www.contextthinking.com, you will be in very good shape to experience a breakthrough in your thinking and life.

Learning how to think is a paradox. You have to be able to see the patterns that link negative and positive positions. This will cast you into a different class of thinker known as genius.

Finally, clear thinking can bring concise and rapid decision-making because you will see the points that are relevant to what you are doing and eliminate useless distractors.

Thinking Globally is thinking critically for tomorrow. The World is in constant chaos which can be managed by understanding that structure provides a framework inwhich to operate within variations. This understanding must be done in context where assumptions are linked to facts and facts to assumptions. The fact that chaos is the norm, the assumption is that variations must be used to adapt to a framework that can provide the environment inwhich we will operate.

The probability of success in an unstable environment is greatly enhanced by making judgments about what we are looking for, what we find when we look, and things discovered that we weren’t looking for at all. What you find must be measured against some context or the resulting meaning can be error or not useful to making future decisions. This is how to solve the critical thinking problem, according to Dr. Joseph Graham, www.contextthinking.com.

As we more to put more foreign executives into key leadership roles in U.S. companies, we must keep in mind where we are headed as a country, put that in context, and build around that fact with assumptions that when used with context thinking will put your company in better position to lead.
